Catherine McAuley Primary School, Medowie is continuing to come to life, with classrooms beginning to transform from construction spaces into welcoming learning environments. Furniture and finishing touches are being installed ahead of welcoming students in 2027.
Walking through the school, it’s easy to begin imagining the excitement of students filling the classrooms, with vibrant indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed to spark creativity, collaboration and connection.
Foundation Principal, Samantha Kelley said seeing the classrooms come to life has been an exciting moment for the school community.
“It’s incredibly special to see the school beginning to feel like a real learning environment,” Mrs Kelley said.
“Each week brings new progress and the recent addition of furniture into our classrooms is helping bring our vision for Catherine McAuley Primary School to life. We cannot wait to welcome our first students and families through the doors in 2027.”
Catherine McAuley Primary School will open in 2027, offering families in Medowie and surrounding communities a contemporary Catholic primary school focused on nurturing the whole child through strong relationships, innovative learning and a values-led education.
