What do I need to enrol?

To complete your application, please provide the following enrolment support documents:

Required:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Two documents verifying residential address (e.g. utility bill, rates notice, driver’s licence, Centrelink statement, car registration)
  • Immunisation History Statement

If applicable:

  • Religious sacramental certificates – Baptism and/or Confirmation
  • Passport or Australian Citizenship
  • Visa
  • Family Court Orders
  • Academic Report
  • Latest NAPLAN report
How do I enrol my child?

Step 1: Submit Your Application Complete our online enrolment application form and upload all required supporting documentation before the closing date. Required documents include birth certificate, immunisation records, and proof of address.

Step 2: Application Assessment Our team will review your completed application and contact you to schedule a welcoming meeting with our School Principal. This allows you and your child to learn more about our school community.

Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance Applications are carefully assessed according to the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Schools Enrolment Policy. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment. To secure your child’s place, an enrolment acceptance fee will be required.

Out-of-catchment Applications

Families who do NOT reside in one of the designated Catherine McAuley Primary School catchment suburbs mentioned above may submit an Enrolment Application with an accompanying Out-of-Catchment Application Letter that includes appropriate documentation/information on why the application should be considered.

These applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as residential relocation, sibling enrolments (Catherine McAuley Catholic College) and special pastoral or compassionate circumstances.
